I have always went to donatos and loved their food. It's become my go to because they're cauliflower crust allows me to eat pizza on my celiac diet! You can't even tell the difference. So happy they got it!
Stopped in to eat lunch with my girlfriend and the place was really nice and clean. As we were coming in a customer was leaving and an employee was wiping down the table that was just used. We ordered the chicken spinach mozzarella pizza and I highly recommend it. They prepared our food with gloves on and made it fairly fast. They have a great variety on their menu. The employees are very friendly and prompt to help you. We will be back!
I know workers are scarce. I know everybody is trying their best. However, how does this get given to a customer? I had this happen last time I ordered with the bread and the same thing tonight. I would be embarrassed if this were my product. The pizza was great but not sure if I'll ever get bread again. My order was placed 90 minutes ahead of time so there was plenty of time to make this right. Please do better Q&A on your orders.
Everything was good and I ate so much pizza that I felt like I would throw up because it was so good.
Calzone was pinched like a Flatbread. Also my Garlic Asiago Cheese was BURNT! Will be calling in About this.
The 7" individual pizza wasn't bad but could have been a little thicker
I just ordered a pizza from donatos and it was 9pm. She said it would be there around 935 or 940. I hesitated a second thinking I had to leave at 930 but it wasn't the end of the world and the woman in the phone said she would do her best .
I kid you not I got my pizza (and it's delicious) in ten minutes. They even upgraded me to a large. As a chef my entire life, now retired, this was one of the best food experiences I've ever had.
I called and placed an order for a medium pizza and 12 boneless wings. The order taker said "So you want a full order of wings?" I reiterated I wanted 12 boneless wings. He got an attitude. "So that's a full order of wings." At this point I'm perplexed. I checked the website before ordering. They sell wings in 6, 12, and 30. No where on the website does it use the wording "full order." For the 2nd time I replied, I'd like 12 boneless wings, please. He then sighed. He said we call 12 wings a "full order." I told him I did not know that. I just needed 12 wings. When I pulled up in the drive thru I gave my name and said I was there to pick up my order of a medium pizza and 12 wings. Their employee rolled his eyes at me as hard as he could and said, "A medium pizza and a full order of wings?" before slamming the window in my face. He saw me staring at him and when he opened the window again he was "nicety." I felt VERY uncomfortable. The whole exchange was nearly comical if it wasn't so creepy. He was genuinely upset because I would not say "full order of wings." This is not normal behavior. I worked 16 hours that day. I just needed to grab dinner and call it a night. I should have been the one upset because he gave me such a hard time placing my order but I wasn't. I forgot all about the exchange until I got to the restaurant and he started up again. There was also an employee with his own personal drink cup sitting next to people's food on the counter. I'm pretty sure employees are not supposed to be eating or drinking in food prep areas and there were people's open orders of food and utensils to cut the pizza on the counter next to the cup. I left a comment on the company website. No response. I will never be back at this restaurant. There are at least a dozen pizza restaurants near Donato's. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.
